As for the Powerfull ingredients I could speculate, but I'll leave that to the USP reps  Some, like PA, say the 'listed' ingredients would have no effects after ingested but I'd have to say from the couple bottles I've used - I definitely felt pronounced effects. Yeah it really depends on whose word you want to take - this is not a business based on honesty though. I personally cannot stand USP Labs or Jacob. I called him out openly several times on P-slin and how after doing some extensive research I discovered he had just thrown together a bunch of ingredients used for Diabetes type 2 patients. He never responded nor did his reps. I'm sorry, on a personal level, I don't trust the guy, but will abstain commenting further as I am a rep now. I did the same with X-factor and researched the product extensively discovering how increasing leukotrienes (a by product in the creation or supplementation of arachondic acid) can create additional inflammation especially when you limit omega 3's intake as the product suggests... but I digress...
Day 9
Weight - 236lbs (+4 lbs overall - talk about water fluctuation)
Had some sciatic pain so squats were fairly limited unfortunately tonight - I don't know what brought it on exactly, but I'm sure it will sort itself out. Not much of a pump today - but I did toss around 225 on close grip flat barbell press for a few sets out of the 10x6 - pretty happy with that. Some guys were kind of grinning when they saw me only loading 45's at first thinking I was doing just straight flat... they pretty much had a change of heart when they saw me throwing around the 225 close grip when I know for a fact most of them can't get that up on a normal grip flat. It's nothing crazy compared to the general bb online crowd - but not shabby for myself. I don't half ass rep either - form is priority numero uno for me.
So I was doing SLDL's on the second round of exercises in front of the mirror with 285 - 315 - now hear me out. I don't consider myself let's say a very atypical attractive person that women throw themselves at - especially attractive ones. Doing the sldl's and a squad of 4 chicks, fairly attractive walk by and up the stairs to the cardio area. There is no mistake about it because there is no one a mile around me - they are glued on my butt as I do sldl's lol. Most awkward thing I've personally experienced thus far in the gym because it was so blatant I didn't know what the hell to make of it - usually it's us guys being jackasses and staring at some hot girl with our mouths open and drool coming out.
Maybe they can smell the 4-AD who knows
Anyways I may be absent from here for a few days - I don't want to get too much detail but my moms is in the ER overnight being monitored for various things; hopefully all is going to be alright. With that, this week and moving offices, etc it's been physically and mentally stressful. I'll do my best to keep up with the log and share my rambling quirky stories and hopefully keep you all entertained.
Sides: Nada - hopefully the G50 hasn't lost its potency as it expired in March 08.
Question for the peanut gallery: What are your thoughts about the 11-OXO bridge? Good or bad? Why? Ultimately it was PA who recommended it.
