Day 19

Weight - 241lbs (+9lbs overall)

Wow - forget about bumping it up to 150mgs... shit kicked in full gear today (figured it would sometime during the 3rd week). Holy bicep and tricep pump during my workout and postworkout. Looking leaner... the layer cake look with the chest, upper abs is starting to show and the v-taper is coming along nicely... shoulders starting to lean out and look bigger as well.

Sides - yes the pumps are here... as well as the lower back pumps - yikes my right lower back was pumpin by the end of the workout. How the hell I'm going to go for a jog tomorrow is beyond me.

Doing well - next two weeks should be insane. Now I have to go finish studying for my managerial accounting exam - FUCK lol

Humidity has always sucked as far as making pumps worse for me too ON cycle. Poseidon rocks as a hydrating supplement IMO - I've been hooked for about a year. Force (FOG) on AM ran Halo at 225mg and loved it but I doubt I'd ever go that high personally. He was stacking it too

Since it uses the 3-beta to convert to OT it would convert at about 16%. But seeing that it would have some mild activity pre-conversion it wouldn't need dosed as high as an equivalent dose of OT IMO.

Halo at 225mgs sounds insane... is he alive?

Day 20 & 21

I can feel that my BP is a little up so I've upped the hawthorne berry dosage and threw in an extra 10mgs of policosanol during the day. Ran a mile and a half plus from work to the train station in under 13-14 minutes - decent clip for 240lbs plus 10lbs on the back. Can do better though. It's definitely helping with the leaning out.

Day 22

Weight - 242lbs (+10lbs overall)

Great pump towards the end of my chest,back and shoulders workout and on the way home today. Strength is solid - we're not seeing drastic pr's or increases in weight/reps but the strength is what I'm looking for as well as endurance. Muscles are definitely looking more full, pumped, and rock hard.

Started dosing the napalm today at 2 squirts and will be starting 6-oxo extreme tonight.

I will also be super-dosing Applied Nutriceuticals IGF-2 (got a great deal on it) along with l-tyrosine during the 11-OXO bridge in about 2 weeks.

Also, I am down to about 2900 calories a day on workout days.

Day 23

Weight - 237lbs (+5lbs overall) - weird just up and lost 5 lbs overnight.

Strength is solid but nothing outstanding to report. Did 10 sets of deadlifts at 6 reps per working my way up to 405 and doing most of the sets at 315-365 - volume baby!!! GVT is great stuff for putting on lean mass while on cycle - granted I'm doing my own little variation but still.

Sides - nada, I really planned out this cycle very very well as far as limiting sides with on cycle support and adjusting accordingly when necessary.

Day 24

About to go for a rise and shine run - couple miles on an empty stomach and then do some ab work. Lower back is a little tight from deads yesterday. Going to pop 2-3 adrenalean and take off.

Day 25

Weight - 238 (+6lbs overall) - starting to lose some water and fat mb?

Great workout - endurance and energy are great, sick arm pumps even though I didn't work arms today (chest, back, shoulders). Did some abs and headed off to the school library to work on a group project and low and behold no one has shown up for two days straight despite my emails etc... wtf this is grad school - people need to man up.

Was really really stressed out yesterday - so I had a cheat meal... walloped down a whole bag of Tyson Tequilla Lime Chicken Wings in about 20 minutes... very high protein, some fat, no carbs think it was like 40-50 wings?... felt much better after that haha. Napalm seems to be working also - abs are showing more.

Note to self - running 3-4 miles the day after deadlifts may not be such a great idea.

Anyways I'm off to studying some more, packing up food for the week, and laundry. Stay classy LB

Edit - whoops, forgot sides: Some slight testicular atrophy, nothing really else to report - back pumps are non-existant. Nips were a little sensitive the day before I kicked in the 6-oxo. So far so good - almost one week left before the bridge.

I think boxeman on am is running halo at 200mg/day. And stacking too I think....
