Day 27-28
Ran 1 and a half miles each day to the bus station after work - sitting next to my smelly sweaty ass can't be the best thing in the world - oh well. Exams went well just waiting for the numbers. (And I just farted pure gasoline - god it stinks in here).
Day 29 - 30
Weight - 237lbs (+5lbs overall)
Napalm works... I can see the effects slowly coming - whether its running or whatever it's doin the body good. Can't wait for the 11-OXO bridge to start next week. Hit a
PR on incline barbell press (no smith machine crap) - had a lift-off and spot but no hands on and got 245lbs up. This is huge for me - I only recently got to 225lbs on incline recently so I'm pretty stoked. Shoulders are lagging - they've grown a little but I still can't get these fuckers to grow into the bulky giant balls that I want them to - clearly the most struggling part about me genetically other than my facial features lol - zing!
I like the fact that I've eliminated flat bench/db movements entirely because it's allowed me to concentrate on incline and decline in a solid effort to build up that full chest look and I will continue to do this because with the two - and this is just my thought process behind it - they will overlap well enough to cover the middle section. As much as I like this routine also - I will be going back to my old routine of the following next week because I haven't been able to put the volume into various parts of my body that I normally like to (legs)...
Sunday - Chest, Shoulders, Bi's
Monday - Back, Tri's
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Off (Until Sept)
Thursday - Chest, Shoulders, Bi's
Friday - Legs
Back and Tri's are not my weakpoint, giving legs their own day is gravy for me, and weakpoint training by doubling up on chest, shoulders, and bi's will help. Just got to figure the shoulders out.
Sides - Nada, as previously mentioned some slight testicular atrophy, pee was a bit dark yellow last few days but because I was fairly busy and couldn't get as much water in me as usual. I'm very very busy in general these days so sorry for not updating in about 4 days - life gets in the way sometimes.
On a side note I might have a semi-movie date monday night with a girl to see Dark Knight. Bear with me here on this side story - About 2 and a half years ago I was a big swinging social dick, drank, really friendly with the women etc - met my then ex-gf and things became fairly serious to the point where we were talking marriage, kids, etc. We broke up and I really haven't been the same socially since - IDK why - I just stopped caring after so this is the first time I've officially done anything as far as pre-planned date shit goes in about 2 and a half years.
