I decided to split my Bi's and Tri's since I can make it to the gym more then 5 days outta the week since I work at one . I thrashed my tri's today I felt awesome pumps and great dense in the muscle this day. And managed to do ab circuits haha

As you see I worked out a lot today, I played basketball and had no problems shooting haha and was still able to get done with the rest of the workout and still did abs, now that's some energy! AM + PreWO = good solid energy and I've been using Vasocharge + Xtend with the AM pill.

Conclusion:

A good solid product, with steady gains. I recommend stacking with a mild compound. Be aware of the caffeine in the AM pills, but it does give you good energy and the PM pills was getting the job done for falling asleep overall. First couple weeks on PM was getting some use too, but I've never taken sleep aids so I think that was a small problem for me at first but later on I did get adjusted to it and I did feel the hardness effects of the PM pills in the morning. I will definitely buy this product again
