AM/PM Dosages:
2 AM pills right before workout and 2 PM pills within 30 min prior to sleep.
Dosages will stay like this unless needed.
Diet:
Staying around 2500 cals
Diet is high protein, mod carbs, and low fat
Most carbs will be consume morning times and PWO.
Fats mainly coming from Dairy products.
Workout Plan (couldn't post my workout program file was too big ) :
Monday Chest, Tuesday Legs, Wednesday Back, Thursday Shoulders, Friday Arms
My workouts change every week. for instance with Chest I change from Flat bench one week to DB flat bench (same thing with Incline). And Back I do General Back to Lats one week. Legs I switch Hams and quads but I still manage to workout both I just focus on one muscle that day. Sorry if this is confusing haha
