Today was the first day, I took 2 AM pills 30 min prior to workout, nothing much to report except had a little head rush in the beginning of workout but went away pretty quick. If this keeps happening I will split AM dosages to 1 right after I wake up and 1 prior to workout. (Might have been too much caffeine, but I will keep taking it unless it keeps happening). Other then that great workout and a great pump!
