I felt really focused and in the zone yesterday. Broke a good sweat and my legs felt awesome. Recovery was really great too but I'm definitely feeling them this morning haha. Sleep today was kinda tiring, I woke up lazy but I am lazy

. I ate two bananas before I went to bed last night which no cramping came at all. Yeah I agree I definitely couldn't down 3 gallons but I did drink 2. Damn pisser saw me like 10 times yesterday haha. As of now I think AM pills are doing it's job by giving me good energy (no jitterness at all) and PM pills I haven't really noticed much yet. Today is chest day so I'll report later.
