Ok first thing with sleep is the fact that it does make me sleep like a rock but I noticed as soon as I pop my AM pill I feel ecstatic and ready to go, I think I was not noticing this before IDK if that's a good thing or bad thing?

But still I'm loving the energy, it really does make me focus and to the point work outs. No strength increases yet, but decent endurance.
