Very similar vibe bro. I went to bed at 12 last night woke up at 9 went to work and came back and slept for another 5 hours? I just feel so tired. Idk we'll see with next week.

Sounds like you hit the wall bro. If you clear up and sleep comes then hallelujah. If you go on like this with sleeplessness and having to make it up every 5th or 6th day I would take a look at your routine. If you can't alter something there than you got to look to additional sleep aid in order to finish this cycle.
Does the PM have Eurycoma in it?

No I can sleep fine it's the waking up part thats really making me feel lazy. I usually always sleep real well though. Idk, I'll give it another week maybe I just need to build a tolerance for it

Had a good arm workout today, great pumps and muscles feel hard as a rock. Still on sleeping though I keep wake up so tired and lazy for the first hour. No headaches and such felt really focused again and in zone focus.

Great shoulder work out. Felt like I could go on forever but you guys know how shoulder workouts are. I don't do heavy shoulders anymore due to the fact that consist of the most and common injuries. Only thing I keep noticing is my elbow keeps popping? Sleep still hasn't improved too much yet (that morning). Still the pumps and energy are awesome though

Ok first thing with sleep is the fact that it does make me sleep like a rock but I noticed as soon as I pop my AM pill I feel ecstatic and ready to go, I think I was not noticing this before IDK if that's a good thing or bad thing? But still I'm loving the energy, it really does make me focus and to the point work outs. No strength increases yet, but decent endurance.
