The day was good, the only thing I don't like about my gym is that I know I work there and workout for free but still when a guy is working out and in a middle of a set DON'T TALK TO THE GUY

. Lol enough bitching , Energy is still going strong, I felt confident today with going into incline (been needing to improve my incline). I was a little bummed I lost balance with 100Lb DB's doing flat so only got up 8.
