Chinups- 4 sets of BW for reps of 6,6,4,4
Dips- 3 sets of BW for reps of 7,5,5,5
DB Press- 50(10), 55(8), 60(8), 70(5)
Barbell Shurgs- 4 sets of 225 for 10 strict reps with 2 sec pause at the top.
Notes
Strength- Low with most lifts. I was surprised at the difficulty of the wide grip deads, but they felt great.
Endurance- Nothing different.

Ran for 15 minutes at a moderate pace.
