I think I would have blown by 300 a while ago if not for my shoulder. But it is feeling a lot better. I went to DB's and machines for a while to change the angle of the grip and that gave it a chance to recoup I think.

DB's are nice because it makes it easy to change the angle of how the weight sits on the shoulder. No barbel for me for the last 3 months. What I miss are dips. Those shoulder injuries suck. You just have to wait it out, take care of it, and not re-injure it. Icing it is good after a workout as well.

You're absolutely right. I have to start doing that again, I have a sleeve for it and everything so I don;t have any excuses.

I'm a bit behind here...
Day 20
Did DL's and leg work. Had trouble with my grip for some reason so I had to settle at 315 for a couple sets. Maybe I should skip the pre-WO cocktail when I do these. I think it was the pump in my arms after doing a few sets that prohibited my grip from being effective. Usually 315 isn't a weight that gives me trouble grip-wise. I thought about using some straps. I have a workout partner that is always urging me to give them a try (he doesn;t use them either), saying I could probably tug more on the lat-pulldowns and grip more on the DL's if I did. Just not sure if it is wise to use them. Lifting more than I can grip seems odd. Anyway, great workout, left it all in the gym today as I did cardio (legs about fell off, lol) after hammering out DL's, lunges, leg curls, abducts and adducts with some lower back work as well.
Day 21
I'm liking the new dosing schedule. I am def more even and the rush in the gym is almost identical. Killed arms and shoulders today. I had to really psych myself up for the last round of work (I started a bi/tri/shoulder superset sched with 20sec b'tween sets going four sets at 60%/70%/75%/85%) as I could barely lift my arms, lol. It was beatiful, great workout. I don't know if I can attribute the new enthusiasm to the supplement or to the new routines, but I am seeing great results in the last week. Still at 200lbs, but strength and stamina are now inching upward again.

Day 22
Off day
Day 23
Missed (took kids to a ballgame, thought about going late and decided to hit it hard tomorrow)
Here's my semi-close on this: I have one day left on P6 Black, so far BF is down approx 2% (diet slipped a little at the end and missed a couple cardio sessions, sucks). Weight +5.4lbs from start. So, total gained is approximately 9.5 lbs. I am very pleased with that, I think I could have added much more by bypassing cardio and bumping up the calories a bit. Strength gains were great, comparable to an SD/Phera cycle. Sides included oily skin, a little irritability, and some testicular atrophy (but no obvious impairment of function).
I'm going to bridge right into something else here, so the gains after PCT won't be posted, sorry! I feel the need to stretch my last cycle before I get married to eight weeks and go heavy on the back end.
As a note about the P6 Black cycle: I have received about a dozen comments on how "huge" I look.
For an example: I have a photographer friend who I hadn't seen in about 5 weeks (pre-cycle). When I saw him yesterday the first thing he said was: "holy**** you're huge! What the he77 have you been doing?!" lol. If for nothing else, this cycle has been good for my self esteem, lol.
Thank you for following, and if you have any questions give me a holler.

Getting somebody to take the pics is the challenge. I don't have B4 pics, but I'd like to get some back-shots up, I feel like my back, arms and thighs got the best of this cycle. I'm bridging into a 4AD, 1-T run for a few weeks. PCT is going to suck, lol.
