This is definitely an edge-of-your-seat'er, can't wait bro. But I have to agree with the post on the first page-probably layoff the Lean-Up until post. That could be a heavy straw my camel-friend. You don't want to risk hypertension that will have long-term effects on your health. Just my opinion though. I've done a lot of "are you retarded?" stacks that were worse when I started doing PH's, lol.

Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't flax oil some what estrogenic? I've been told that, I would rather do Fishoils instead. Just the 2cents though, overall good looking plan

alright i weighed in at 180 today

Workout
Chest
Incline Barbell Press: 5 Sets x 1o Reps
Flat Bench Flyes: 3 Sets x 12 Reps

Dumbbell Pullovers: 2 Sets x 10 Reps

Biceps
Barbell Curls: 4 Sets x 10 Reps

Abs

Cardio: Muay thai and bJJ: i thought i was going to die he really pushed us to the limit today.

Today nothing to report really felt great in the gym as always even had a little paacebo effect which i tend to get when starting out a cycle

yes , i've heard the same thing except i've used them on cycle before and never had any problems if they do occure however i am ready.
