sorry for not updating yesterday kinda busy these days. With the gym, work, mma and the GF it hard to find any time and i feel i'm pushing myself too far.. anyways if this doesn't get better i guess ill take a week or two off from mma to recover.

Bent-Over Rows: 4 Sets x 12 Reps
T-Bar Rows : 3 Sets x 12 Reps
Cable Rows: 3 Sets x 12 Reps
Chins: 5 Sets x 12 Reps
Hyper Extensions: 3 Sets x 20 Reps
Abs
Workout today went great. was pumped and was able to add two reps to each exercise
Cardio: MMA 6:00-8:00 (Intense)
Side note: got a massive head ace in the afternoon but subsided later during the day. i think ill got get my BP tomorrow.
