Day 11:
Methyl E 30mg/Furz 150mg

Today is going to be a great day, downed meal 1 about 15 min ago (600am CST), in about 2 hours gonna go get my leg workout in that i missed yesterday......have to get it in this morning as i will be playing golf late this morning (dont want to chance not being energized enough to go this afternoon)


Diet:
Meal 1: 2 scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova, 1-7 grain toast
Meal 2: 2 Trio-Plex Cookies, 1 Scoop Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP Enova
Meal 3: Consisted of 1 Oh Yeah Bar Strawberry and Peanut Butter
Meal 4: 5 Pork Ribs (smoked-not as much meat as you might think), 2 slice bread
Meal 5: 2 Scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova
Meal 6: Rotisserie Chicken Breast and some type of Green Veggie (broccoli/green beans/peas)
Meal 7: Before Bed Shake- 1 scoop Zero Carb Protein .5 Tbsp Enova


Workout: (30 sec breaks between sets)
1. Squats: WU 135/185 x 12/10 225/225/275/275 x 8/8/5/5
2. Straight Legged DL WU 95 x 10; 95/145/195/195 x 10/10/8/6
3. Leg Extension (Repped Out each set-12-25); 80/95/120/120
4. Leg Curl (Repped out each set-10-15); 65/80/95/110

I know not a lot of volume with this workout but i had good pumps in my legs and still had to somewhat waddle out to my car and then had to go hit 18 holes of golf (for work), it was cart path only so i got a good extended work out walking up and down hills all day for the golfers out there: 52 on the front nine(putter wasnt putting) and 37 on the back nine

When the fiance gets home i may go hit up some cardio or some core training (get caught back up on my workout regimine) of some sort as i still have a good bit of energy..will post again if that happens

yah i think the higher doses are going to be good......eager to get to 40mg ed and see how that goes.....

i never really mind taking one for the team as i have a great manager that makes the work enjoyable and also I am not really on a set (8-5 er so to speak) as my schedule is very flexible

Sorry for the delay in posting my log guys....been here there and everywhere it seems since saturday

Diet (days 14-17): not going to post exactly what i ate as it was a pretty clean diet aside from a dinner meeting on day 16 (10oz filet, asparagus, and some shell fish (ie shrimp, crab claws, etc)

Day 18:
Meal 1: 2 scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova, 1 scoop of FiberTeq by VPX
Meal 2: 2 Scoops of Cheese Eggs, 1 Scoop Oatmeal, 2 slices Bacon
Meal 3: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 2 TBSP honey mustard, 1/4 cup low fat cheese
Meal 4: 2 Scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova (pre-workout), 1/2 scoop of FiberTeq
Meal 5: 6 oz Grilled Salmon, Steamed Veggies(broccoli/carrots), small salad
Meal 6: 2 Scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova (pre-workout), 1/2 scoop of FiberTeq

Still feeling good, no sides to report, just about half way through this stack. Bumped the E up to 40 mg today and will keep it here for the duration.
Hope this kicks me into another gear the rest of the way....


Diet:
Meal 1: 2 scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova, 1 scoop FiberTeq

Strength was a littel down today for some reason as seen above....i think it could be a lack of sleep the last 3 nights as i have only gotten around 4-5 hours a night...Used the NO-Shotgun today instead of the Clout because i felt like i needed the caffeine today just to motivate me to go to the gym
