Diet:
Meal 1: 2 scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova, handful almonds
Meal 2: (couldnt eat meal 2 due to being in morning meeting)
Meal 3: 7 Drum Wings (naked), 2 celery slices, 6 curly fries
Meal 4: 2 Scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova (pre-workout)
Meal 5: 2 Scoops Zero Carb Protein, 1.5 TBSP of Enova, 2 Toast (post workout)
Meal 6: 1 can chicken breast, 1 wheat pita, 1/4 cut low fat cheddar/1 TBSP bbq sauce
Flying out to charlotte on sunday afternoon to tuesday night (not sure if i will have time to workout while there on business, so i did chest today, back tomorrow and legs sunday morning....

Little bit of a headache today during workout, could be a lack of water today as i was not quite at a gallon. that morning meeting put me behind on my water consumption for the day.
