VPX Meltdown: Dosed 2 and 2 again today...i think i like the stim effect great this way but the appetite suppression is better doing 4 separate doses of 1 cap throughout the day...
EST NO-Extreme 2G: The pumps are great and there is not much else to say...when i get pumps in my legs
from a product i will def. purchase it again...
Avant Labs Napalm: Completely forgot to dose first dose today so I only did one dose today...But this product is great and I will have pics up hopefully tomorrow to show...

I felt really good on my third set of squats, definitely contemplated going higher for another set but decided against it...The Goodmornings last week were definitely not as high as I listed them...this week was definitely an improvement from last. Felt really pleased with the workout even though i cut it a little short. Also want to work on some better form on my squats because I was not going down far enough i do not believe which would allow me to do more weight. Very happy with where I am right now...weight is still right around 165 but i have def leaned out a bit in the mid section and have def gotten a bit stronger as well. Looking forward to the last week of these products.
