No problem, great question. For one, my diet wasn't dialed in for bulking like I had wanted it to be. What happened instead was very mild recomp effects and I stopped it a week early thinking it wasn't working well. After stopping I kinda kicked myself for doing that. I want to give this compound another go and do it right.

I have not ran Mdrol before. I've ran hdrol and prop before and then the 3 week run of EQT2. I'm kinda scared of SD to be honest but I wanna try something tried and true.

I'm gonna do 4 cause I weigh 200 pounds. I'd actually rather run it at 5 to be honest but I dont wanna have to get a 3rd bottle of the stuff to do so.
I've got a little over a month to have everything 100% dialed in and I intend to do so. I'm gonna do 3100 cals for weeks 1 through 4 and bump up to 3800 for 4 through 6. I prolly won't even eat clean. I may just inhale anything in front of me to make sure the cals are there.
One question. The SERM hasn't been ordered yet. I wanted everyone opinion on which was best and why. I'll order it Monday.
