Primal Male: Intensity was definitely up in the gym today.
Activate Xtreme: Definitely felt a bit more intensity in the gym today...
Ragnarok: Mixed one scoop in half a bottle of water 30 min pre-workout and took an Amino tab with it. Had a GREAT workout today...Form was excellent today which provided for awesome pumps. This stuff is getting better by the day.
I felt very pumped and muscles were hard today. Arms were also getting pretty tight throughout the workout. Definite blood flow and good pumps today. Was really impressed with form and had a great workout.

Body fat is coming off the midsection and i can feel my abs getting a lot tighter...no visibility of bottom two yet. But they are coming. I am going to watch strength increases....may have to up the cal intake next week. Tomorrow i am going to mix a scoop of Purple Wraath with the Rag pre-workout and not take an Amino tab then. Still really waiting for effects to kick in with ActX and Primal Male.
