*On the Bent BB rows i could have done more...I was not thinking and forgot what i had done last week in the gym...This was "my bad"...but i def could have done more weight....

Ok so your all wondering what happened today.....
I decided to change it up a bit. I can't stay away from the gym every 4th day. So what i decided to do for now is is go
6 days on/1 day off. I am going to keep the same workout routine and go through every day's workout and then take a rest day. If i find that i am overtraining i will switch, but i want to give it a go. I will keep the watchful eye on myself. What I need to switch up is the diet. I need your advice guys....
Should i change it up and lower my carb intake to around 100g per day....simply have some oatmeal in the mornings and thats pretty much it for carbs. On rest days up it a bit but not as much as i have been....I think that this could work...let me know what you think
Also....should i change the dosing of the Primal Male/Activate Xtreme?? Dont know if you can do 6on/1 off with those or if thats not healthy??
