Reviews:

Primal Male: NO DOSE TODAY. Libido is defintely up.

Activate Extreme: NO DOSE TODAY. Intensity was great in the gym.

Ragnarok: Focus and intensity was all there today. I had a great workout and felt awesome.

Ok so your all wondering what happened today.....

I decided to change it up a bit. I can't stay away from the gym every 4th day. So what i decided to do for now is is go 6 days on/1 day off. I am going to keep the same workout routine and go through every day's workout and then take a rest day. If i find that i am overtraining i will switch, but i want to give it a go. I will keep the watchful eye on myself. What I need to switch up is the diet. I need your advice guys....

Should i change it up and lower my carb intake to around 100g per day....simply have some oatmeal in the mornings and thats pretty much it for carbs. On rest days up it a bit but not as much as i have been....I think that this could work...let me know what you think

Also....should i change the dosing of the Primal Male/Activate Xtreme?? Dont know if you can do 6on/1 off with those or if thats not healthy??

Primal Male: I still think im waiting for this to really kick into high gear. Slight aggression increase. Libido really rises from time to time.

Activate Xtreme: The intensity has gone up during my workouts and i owe it to this i think. I am thinking weeks 4-8 are going to be crazy on this. Def. muscle hardness.

Ragnarok: Focus and Energy is great. Really gets me pumped to push some weight!!

My quads were more pumped today than they ever have been. I wanted to do another set of leg extensions but i dont think I could have done it...SWOLLEN quads?? Who knew?....The lying leg curls not sure but I was definitely performing them with perfect form this week...last week i was kind of stopping short on the way down.
I am going to post later with some diet info. I think I am going to keep carbs at bay for 6 days. I am going to have .5 cup of oats with Natty PB for breakfast along with some eggs i think...I will post a rough thing up later on today...Any advice would be appreciated. I think am going to keep the workout though for now... I love the progress it has given me and really dont want to change that up.

New Setup

Primal Male: 5 days/2 days off
Activate Xtreme: 6 days on/1 day off
Ragnarok/PW: 6 days on/1 day off

I will be working our 6 days on/1 day off
This means that the last workout day will be without a dose of Primal Male.

Diet

I am going to keep carbs at a minimum all throughout, but every sunday reefed with a load of carbs in the earlier part of the day. Throughout the other 6 days, I will be consuming .5 cup of oats at breakfast but thats it.
