the dosing you are incorporating will more than likely be ok...

as for the workout, a 5on/2off may be better with your eagerness, I would stick with the 3on/1off personally, but to each his own, most do seem to find their own approach after a short while, doesn't necessarily mean its good or bad, its just greed takes over, and bam a ton of questions come up later on when and why things went downhill.....

I am have been tossing this up the past few days...about what to do...and it might just be because i am bored at home with not much else to for the next couple of days other than lift before i go back to school.

I am going to go against my eagerness and boredom and stick to the plan i implemented in the beginning. I am going to do arms (light) tomorrow...then take my day off on thursday....

i am seeing good results with the way things are going and am going to go against my head here and side with results

I am sorry for the confusion guys...hasty decisions never get you anywhere....

Try changing your rep range and tempo if you haven't done that already. Majority of my clients just want throw weight around (men really) and they never even think of the small things like these and how much they do to your muscles. If you stick with the same weekly workout you should change that up to by different movements and DB's compared to BB's and wide grips compared to close grips and underhand grips compared to overhand grips. (Sorry kinda went on with that one haha). Try eating "wild" fish and red meats a little more (from what I've read seems like most your best days in this log seem to be the day after you eat lean beef). Red Meats from what I remember reading tend to increase your natural test more so then most other meats, but I could've read that wrong. I'll try to find the link and post in Nutritional Section for ya.

Reviews

Primal Male: I forgot to eat right after taking this again this morning and the upset stomach kicks in real hard if not taken with food. Felt terrible until i finally got those eggs cooked! Once I got food in me I felt absolutely normal again. Little things can get me agitated a bit more easily but the real aggression just isnt there yet.

Activate Xtreme: Intensity goes up in the gym but no noticeable effects outside of gym. Muscle hardness is slightly increased.

Ragnarok: Love this stuff. I am happy with the price i paid for the tub and the effects it is producing. I get real solid pumps but not overbearing where i have to cut sets out because muscles are TOO pumped. Nice energy and focus.

Comments

Felt pretty pumped in the gym today and had some nice pumps going. I really focus on the pause at the top of each lat raise to really get them working. I am going to have some lean beef today. Tomorrow is an OFF day and i will be carbing up. Most impressed with the Rag so far...steady results and i know what to expect from it. Still waiting the other two out to see what happens. I did my hammer curls with the small t-bar curl bar. I liked this a lot better than the DB Alternates...I was able to get a much better pump going and really felt them working.

Oh yeaa...no doubt K...I am not complaining by any means!!...

The strength increases i am getting are great!!

I am just noting that outside of the gym there really is no bad side....for anyone is thinking about these products....This is what i am experiencing and hopefully it gives them a base!
