Primal Male: I forgot to eat right after taking this again this morning and the upset stomach kicks in real hard if not taken with food. Felt terrible until i finally got those eggs cooked! Once I got food in me I felt absolutely normal again. Little things can get me agitated a bit more easily but the real aggression just isnt there yet.
Activate Xtreme: Intensity goes up in the gym but no noticeable effects outside of gym. Muscle hardness is slightly increased.
Ragnarok: Love this stuff. I am happy with the price i paid for the tub and the effects it is producing. I get real solid pumps but not overbearing where i have to cut sets out because muscles are TOO pumped. Nice energy and focus.

Felt pretty pumped in the gym today and had some nice pumps going. I really focus on the pause at the top of each lat raise to really get them working. I am going to have some lean beef today. Tomorrow is an OFF day and i will be carbing up. Most impressed with the Rag so far...steady results and i know what to expect from it. Still waiting the other two out to see what happens. I did my hammer curls with the small t-bar curl bar. I liked this a lot better than the DB Alternates...I was able to get a much better pump going and really felt them working.
