Day 9 - Off
Wife had a tummy tuck today, so I'm nursing her. What a pain in the ass!
Day 10 - Chest and Shoulders
Delts are weak point, so I decide to put them first in the workout.
Right shoulder has been painful all week, so I've been working on it in the spa with water jets.
Get to the gym and the left delt gets a pump/cramp and is worthless. ARRGHH... right shoulder feels great.
Doesen't stop me from shredding chest though
No time on the bike. Got to take the wife to the doc for post op checkup.
Her belly is flat as board! She can't stand upright.
He had to fix her ab muscle. 3 kids fucked it up.
At 98lbs she shouldn't have a pouch.
