Got my PCT worked out.. Diet? mmmmm.... I tend to eat preety clean throughout the day and cut carbs at night unless i lift in the evening.. wanna be CHAMP and hook it up with an an example of ur diet so i can compare?

cuz whaterver ur doing seems to be my goal too.. Training.. I'm just a natural at that

.. Im also gonna get a bike to ride back and forth to work for cardio... thinkin anout gettin that DiamondBack Response Sport with some road slick tires.. the ride is an easy 5 miles with two hills to climb, niether are really steep, just kinda long.... preety easy ride though.
