Well I'm back in to gym again after 2 years on a road bike. Let's just say that my ass is tired of hearing the wife's crap about spending so much time on the bike.
She got a gym membership, so I tag along with her now.

Started about 2 weeks ago. Cleaned up the diet and started hitting it 6 days a week 4 days lifting and 2 days on the bike (at the gym under the all seeing eye).
CEL's H-Drol arrived this Thursday - leg day
Popped an H-drol and 2 Dr. V's liver support and off we went
5x15 squats
5x15 leg press
5x15 extensions
5x15 dead lift
5x15 leg curls
3x15 calfs
Got home fired up the blender and went to bed. Fucking spent.

Cel's H-drol 7am and 7pm with 2 Dr. V's Liver protector
Food:
6am 5 egg whites 1 yoke 1 beef breakfast patty
10am 2 scoops of whey protein shake
12pm can of tuna on lettuce 1/2 cottage cheese
3pm 2 scoops of whey protein shake
6pm lean meat or fish with steamed veggies
10pm 1 scoop whey, cottage cheese, 1tbs natural peanut butter, 1/2 banana (goddamn that shit's good)
2am 2 scoops whey shake
