my start weight was around 175... I dont know if the scale is wrong or what but I weighed myself today and it said I weigh 188.


Day 23 Monday
I did it! I got 205x5 on incline then I got 225x1 (by myself) then 3 more w/spot
BUt, boy does my elbow hurt now! It is super sore and I dont know what to do. The pain goes up to my rotator cuff...which is not good. and when I turn my arm it pops (up top)
Are NSAIDS cool to take while on PH? I need something!

I couldnt really push the weight up higher because my elbow was so sore and hurting in between exercises. It was fine once I started a press or motion but when I stopped it became very sore...very sore. almost to the point that I had to quit. I pushed myself throught it. IT feels fine now, but I hope it doesnt come back while working out... (which it prob. will)
I only have the rest of this week and next week til about Wed. Thurs. remaining.
Hopefully this doesnt hinder any progression..that would suck..I know it came from overdoing it with the skull crushers on Friday. They put a lot of stress on my elbow joints.
We'll see how it goes! lol

Oh, and if I havent mentioned it before, libido drops to a negative value while taking this stuff...I mean, a fluffer doesnt even do the job! lol You can still get erections and everything works fine, but psychologically you just dont give a damn about it. Im sure its diff. in everyone.

Day 24 shoulders & 25 Back went a little heavier on some things...good workout though.
pretty much the same as last week workout wise although I did get a few more presses doing clean and press shoulder day @135lbs.... My elbow is hurting and I prob. wont push any limits because of it. Although, a good compression sleeve is in use and does help a lot! I have also been taking a lot of joint supplementation.
weight today: 187
sides: acne on face, sore joints.
Good news is my libido is coming back slowly.

OK cramps are getting bad in and out of the gym. I probably need more potassium and zinc.

I had a better arm workout than I thought I would considering my elbow is hurt. Today is Sunday, and it is feeling a lot better. Hopefully, tom. I can get a good bench press. I think thus far, the product is good at producing lean gains and a little strength and losing bodyfat composition. Last night at work I had several girls come up and grab me saying, "Oohh Adam what have you been doing? Steroids? You're looking good and your so tight!" LOL I find it comical because I dont necessarily think I look that much different, but I guess I do. I'll post pics up at the end of this week showing start and finish, and I'll continue to log through the PCT for those of you watching

I didnt get to work out today because I got some kind of stomach virus Sunday night which had me feeling horrible so I slept all day.

Day 31 (Tuesday)
I am feeling better stomach wise, but I still feel a little on the weak side. I am gonna try to go to the gym later on and work out back. Ill post the results later if I am able to go.

Ok so I went and here is what happened (not too much)

I had a good workout considering I was just sick as hell over the weekend. I am, however, not impressed with the weight, but I was feeling pretty tired and my elbow is still hurting. Tomorrow is my last day on the Tren and then I start PCT.

PCT= Inhibit E, BlueUP, ZMA, I3C, SAMe, Super Pump 250, Lean Xtreme, all vits. and other supps.
WIsh me luck!
I'll write a summary and recap all the progress by this weekend!...and hopefully some pics if I ever remember to get some batteries...

Well, I finished today at noon. PCT starts tomorrow. I just ordered some Lean Xtreme to add to my PCT which I am excited about. I tell you though, I cannot wait for the bloating and gas to go away! This stuff is bad about that. I felt good today and I will write a summarization of the cycle this weekend and continue logging through PCT.

HOw bout some rep power for actually finishing a log and being thorough?

I've heard of a little bloating coming from Epi, but diet will always be the determining factor.

Of course, but I do believe that the last week was the worst and my diet was pretty good the last week. Plus I am off now and feel way less bloated than a few days ago. It's manageable though as with any small side effect.

In the meanwhile,
Today I increased my Incline Bench once again to 235x2 (last one w spot) . Thats up ten pounds from ~2weeks ago.
Hopefully I will continue making gains in the PCT and keep them
