my start weight was around 175... I dont know if the scale is wrong or what but I weighed myself today and it said I weigh 188.
Day 23 Monday
I did it! I got 205x5 on incline then I got 225x1 (by myself) then 3 more w/spot
BUt, boy does my elbow hurt now! It is super sore and I dont know what to do. The pain goes up to my rotator cuff...which is not good. and when I turn my arm it pops (up top)
Are NSAIDS cool to take while on PH? I need something!

INcline Bench press 135x12 185x8 205x5 225x3 last 2 w/spot
Bench: 185x7 225x5 245x4w/spot
flat DB flys 40s 2 sets of 12 55s 1 set of 10
Pec deck 80x12 120x10 140x10
incline DB flys 50s 3 sets of 10
Decline DB press 65s 4 sets of 10
I couldnt really push the weight up higher because my elbow was so sore and hurting in between exercises. It was fine once I started a press or motion but when I stopped it became very sore...very sore. almost to the point that I had to quit. I pushed myself throught it. IT feels fine now, but I hope it doesnt come back while working out... (which it prob. will)
I only have the rest of this week and next week til about Wed. Thurs. remaining.
Hopefully this doesnt hinder any progression..that would suck..I know it came from overdoing it with the skull crushers on Friday. They put a lot of stress on my elbow joints.
We'll see how it goes! lol
Oh, and if I havent mentioned it before, libido drops to a negative value while taking this stuff...I mean, a fluffer doesnt even do the job! lol You can still get erections and everything works fine, but psychologically you just dont give a damn about it. Im sure its diff. in everyone.
