Ok...without further postponement...
Xtreme Tren is definitely worth it. I have tried to upload a simple line graph I made, but it's too big (file size) so I'll just summarize quickly.
Starting presses: Ending presses:(end of 4 weeks)9-26 Current presses: (PCT)10-6-08
Bench: ~215x1 ~245x3 275x3 w/spot
ShoulderDBpress~75s x 6 ~90s x 8 90s x 9
BBSquats ~245x6 ~300x6 315x6
Deads ~245x3 ~245x6 315x1
(Ive never done deadlifts so yeah they are not impressive or anything but give me a few months)
Incline Bench ~185x3 ~225x2 245x1(my pers. fav.)

These typically show good increases in strength. I think I am gaining more now that I am in PCT than when I was on it, which is cool. I will continue to work hard and hopefully everything I have gained will stay with me ( I think it will ). I will probably run another cycle of this in a few months.

Hey guys.. sorry no info for a while. I went on vacation and had to take off a week for my elbow to feel better. Oct. 11-19 I did not work out...

I have added progress pics of my back. I think they show the greatest size difference comparing before and after. Hope this helps.

Today I worked out chest and my endurance wasn't so great and strength went down as I went through my workout. Started at where I left off, but went downhill after I got into it after about the 2nd or 3rd exercise, but I still had a decent workout. Just gotta get back into the swing of things and I am sure I'll be back 100% where I was.

Thanks! I hope to retain it. It's a huge jump from a year ago. I looked back at some pics from a year ago and said, "Damn!" I was pretty small in terms of lean muscle and had a higher % body fat. I am pretty happy with the bulk. I'll probably try Spawn or run another cycle of this in a few months. I am almost done with the PCT. I have about a week left. Hopefully the Lean Extreme will do its job, too.

getting back into it...I'm a little sore but everything is good and I'm still lifting heavy, I just need energy! lol I think I'll post another back pic at the end of PCT so you guys will have before, after, and completely finished pics. I dont think Ive lost anything so hopefully everything I gained will stay. I can say that my appetite has gone down considerably.

Glad to hear I helped someone with the info. Anger wasn't that big of a deal at all. I wouldn't worry about that so much as I would worry about getting your blood pressure in check.

I finished my PCT yesterday. That's all folks....du du du du du du du-- du

I am still lifting what I was now! I do feel like I have lost a lot of energy though.
I am continuing with the lean extreme til its gone. I started that week 3 of PCT.
I hope to run another cycle in December or January...haven't decided what yet.
Thank you all for your support and keep lifting. I know I will!

Good work bro' and interesting log. Has your libido come back during PCT? You were not using a SERM right?

I am about to run a T-Roid cycle and trying to get as much info as I can possibly get about the compound.
