SO I am on day 4 and I will quickly sum up the previous days...
Day 1: Sunday
I started taking it 60mg (1-a.m. 1- afternoonish)
I felt like my head was clogged...typical feeling when introducing a new compound in your body plus all the supplements..nothing unbearable... At night I felt hot and it took me an hour to go to sleep.
Did not work out...keep in mind all supporting supps are taken also

Day 2: Monday
60mg
I felt good during the day and worked out CHEST.
My workout did not differ at all from what I normally do: (with the exception of 1 extra rep @205)
Bench Press: 12x135lbs.- 7x185- 4x205- 1x225- 5x185- 10x155- 10x135
Incline Bench: 10x135lbs.- 6x155- 3x175
Dumbbell Flys 10x 60's 8x 70's 6x 80's
Cable workout 5 sets going up from 25lbs each to 35lbs. each (last two sets are for pump and reps usually @20~25 lbs.
Chest press machine: 3 sets of 10 @ 150
60 ab crunches (crunch machine)
60(30 ea. side) torso rotations
50 crunches different ab machine

This is pretty much my typical Chest day. I am not satisfied! That is of course why I am trying the PH route. My chest looks like I should be able to bench 315 no problem, but the strength is not there. In terms of bodybuilding, my chest looks pretty good. I just want more power. My current max is 250 one time on bench done about 3 weeks ago. Id like to see at least 275 a couple times if not more...315 would be sweet.

Day 3: Tuesday
I can say this. I dont have the clogged head feeling anymore and I've slept like a baby since Sunday night. My appetite has increased a little. I havent noticed anything else.

Barbell curls: 10x 65 8x85 5x105

Day 4: Wednesday
Feeling good. Noticed hardness in upper body (dont know if its placebo effect or real lol)
Havent noticed any sides besides sweating a lot when working out.

Today was kind of sucky because I went staight from my Karate class to the gym at school. I was already sweating bad and I usually do more for legs than this. ( a few more things)

Before I continue on, I have been thinking about going back to my old workout week that looked like this:
M chest and arms
T shoulders and back
W legs
TH chest and arms
F shoulders and back
S & Su Rest a Recovery

Or any variation really, basic point is should I work a muscle group 2 times a week instead of one while on the Tren? One time a week is more of a bodybuilders workout which Ive been doing all summer ( and I can tell a difference) but I was gaining strength quicker and more abundantly when I worked out a muscle group twice a week, but I only did maybe 4 exercises for that muscle group in one day, not 6,7,8,etc. what I do now (which is try to fatigue the group until I cant go anymore). Speculations?

nice log .. yah the new schedule looks solid .. if you can get in the gym 6days a week ..that would be great .. how are you planning on dosing Xtreme Tren for week 2 ? going to stay at 60 or gonna bump it to 90 ?

As for the comment on fatiguing one muscle (while working out on that muscle twice a week), if you can survive it, that is great ..but not necessary .. you are going to become xtremley lazy in week2-3 and that adreline fatigue & lethargy usually kicks in while your on Ph's. But like i said, results will be good, but i would monitor yourself..to see how you feel through out the day.

Day 5: Thursday
I felt good today, but I was pretty lazy. I took a 3 hour nap in the afternoon and woke up at 8:30PM just to eat and study then went back to sleep at 11. I have noticed that my joints are very sore, but it could also be due to the fact that I just started Karate again so, its mainly my legs and joints from punching and kicking.

After my morning workout, in the afternoon I swam for about an hour doing laps in the pool (and carrying my kid around on my back lol).

Day 6: Friday
Man, did I feel like a beast in the gym! I took one scopp of superpump though because I was thinking I needed some extra energy. I felt like I could have kept going for a while, but I did stop and talk to a couple of friends a few times. I've felt good today except when I woke up I was really irritable. It went away after I got to school (irritability). I worked out in the afternoon today (I usually work out in the AM). I seemed to enjoy the gym more today. I did notice that I had a heart palpatation (which freaked me out) when I was washing my car a little while after the gym and my stomach felt sick from drinking a muscle milk. Dont know what those were all about (could be from increased anxiety; I use to have bad anxiety but haven't had a prob. with it in a long time)...Besides that I am looking forward to seeing some extra power and increased vascularity next week!

Wouldn't most of the strength gains be gone once off PH?

you retain alot of yor gains in strength and size not all is lost

Day 6 & 7 : rest and recovery... I went and played disc golf and got a lot of walking in...
I did a few sets of pullups at the house for fun, but I generally rest on weekends.
Day 7 today I am stepping up to 90mg.
My girlfriend said I felt "hot" last night. I figured she was talking sexy-wise lol but obviously my body temp. is up. Still feeling good and looking forward to hitting the gym up tomorrow and looking for an increase in every exercise.

Day 8 Monday

I am kind of disappointed today. I thought I would def. be able to tell a strength difference, but nothing yet. I did get an extra rep or two, but I was looking to add some weight.
I felt good taday and I took some superpump before my workout. After my workout (which was pretty much the same as day 2 with some slight variation + 1 or 2 extra reps on sets)
I checked my BP and it was 109/59. The highest I have seen it get is 135/78 right after eating a couple fried apple pies that my granny made for me shortly after, my BP went back down to 112/59 so BP seems to be under control w/ the Hawthorn. I really would like to see something soon! I notice hardness, a little bloating, and I've gained about five pounds since the beginning. I've also gained an insatiable lust for doughnuts... I dont know why because I never eat them. I have had some people at work tell me I look "swole" though; guys and gals. What I am really looking for in this product is the strength though... Hopefully it will yield some good results by next week.
