Default 'Train's back...... Trenadrol/Mdrol log
Ok, so im back from a long break.... way too much work and not enough time to hang out with my Bros. this log will get under way next monday, this week is just a prep week.

Ok todays work out was light, but intense. Only did DEADS today.

Sumo deads.... 135x10 warm up.... 245x10 for 3 sets
Straight leg Deads 135x10 for 3 sets
thats 70 Deads man was i spent

will try to log every work out... will log morning and evening sessions. mornings will just be run distances, ebening will be actual workouts.

plan looks like this...
mon- back/ dead lifts
tues- chest
wen-shoulders
thrus- arms
fri- legs/squats
sat/sun- down time

cycle will go something like this....
week 1-3 tren 60mg
week 4 tren 60mg & mdrol 20 mg
week 5-6 mdrol 30mg

of course i will be running supporting supps... started this week

damn where did u get the 3mg trenadrol ?

i like ure cycle ..im not sure how the 3mg cap version is ..i tried the 30mg one ..and i loved the trenadrol ..adding it with mdrol will yield some very nice results

good luck and i take it that u already have ure PCT stack on hand as well

ok this mornings session was a 4.5 mile run @ around 10 minute mile pace..... good fat burner... this was on the road not treadmill.

tonites work out was

CHEST

incline DB press 50x12 warm up
70x10/80x8/80x8/80x8

iso lateral bench press(no spotter today plus shoulder still has never fully recovered... flat bench is my worst excercise.....)
90x10/140x10/140x10/140x8/140x8

cable cross over (weight per side) 30x10/30x10/30x10/30x10

cable cross over (low to high) 20 x10/20x10/20x10/20x10

overall a pretty good workout, numbers are not spectacular, but im working my way back up slow... dont need no new injuries

DB tri extentions 80x10x 4 good sets

Body Wieght Dips 4 good sets of 10 reps

finally single arm cable curls for a gr8 lil pump 30x10/ 30x10/35x10/35x8

feeling good, as of right now im taking no supplements other than protien in the morning and your normal support elements
