epistane and p-plex mass super stack

Started cycle on the monday of last week, starting at full dose with both epi and pp as i dont see a point to ramping it up and would rather start seeing the effects sooner. this is my second cycle after my first cycle of epi solo was finished along with pct a while ago now and this time im gonna really try to pack some size on my frame.
Have decided to run this cycle as my body feels if iv'e had enough at 4 weeks i'll start pct but otherwise will go 5 maybe 6 weeks. cycle support is getting large scoops which a tub only lasts 3 weeks doing so. cycle support was also loaded a week before i started and will contine 2 weeks into pct to lessen the negative effects on my body running a double methyl stack. also diet is healthy and full of fruit and vegies and am taking heaps of flax and fish oil caps to help cholestorol levels.

Diet during cycle
I use cycle support first thing in the morning in my shake with whey concentrate, full milk, frozen berries and a banana for first breakfast, fried eggs and baked beans on heaps of toast with a coffee mid morning and a combination of large meals with lots of pasta and rice with heaps of vegies when i can get them, lots of roasts and roast dinners. second scoop of cycle support before bed with slow release protein, flax oil caps and fiber caps.
First dose of epi and pp is in the morning with or just before my cooked breakfast, second epi dose is about 0.5-1hour before workout or at same time of alvo on off days with a large glass of grapefruit juice. final dose of epi and p-plex before dinner with large glass of grapefruit juice.
my post workout drink i make up on cycle consists of 60g wms, scoop powerade, 8-10g bcaas and 8g glutamine. 20 minutes folled by 60g plain old whey isolate.
