Day 8
The Workout
Since I pussed out yesterday, I put in some serious OT today, I nearly puked...twice. In the middle of the workout, I had to look around and ask if I wanted my legs to grow or simply stay average. Then, something flipped on like a switch, I said F*** IT! and went nuts.....

*the drops I had to do myself, so there was between 8-12sec rest per drop, but its kind of like burying yourself alive, you dug the hole, now pull in the dirt

Notes: Like I said, I flipped a switch, and went nuts. Felt a little more aggressive today, and not really sure if I was stronger as this was a bit more brutal than usual, but hey we'll can it strength.
Weight as of this morning, post piss was 185, which is +1 from last wk.
I guess we'll go on a * basis here. Usual protocol, 1-5 stars.....

Vascularity (inc/dec.) *** Vascularity is an average, slight increase.
Leaning out effect/Body Fat Loss (inc/dec.) **** My waist feels slimmer, I feel a slight fullness as well throughout the rest of my body
Hunger (inc/dec.) ** I am always hungry, and I can actually reach satiety in less time, so this is a little lower, and possibly a decrease
Strength (inc/dec.) ***.5 Some lifts are better, others seem somewhat weaker, so we'll give it that extra .5
Libido (inc/dec.) ***** Talk about another switch, damn, P.A. plus Paravol or Aspire maybe all 3 would be sexual homicide
Soreness/Recovery (inc/dec.) ***.5 This seems to be up a little bit, as before my chest and shoulders would feel tight after my workouts and it has decreased slightly, thus the .5

I love that switch... it usually takes a time constraint and a good song to flip it, but once it's flipped I'm a freak in the gym

Notes: Elbows were hurting but had a good pump going, I added back MAN Clout at 2 servings /day and Cissus quad. at .75g 2x/day. Libido is up, guess I'll only note it if it starts going down. The elbow brace/support whatever it is, works very well at keeping the pain at bay, it's still there but bearable.
