Well, let's see, not much to say here, I pretty much maintained, which can be seen as good and bad. I feel slightly more bloated with the creatine, but I have had that for awhile now. I thought I was looking a bit more full lately, but that was not the case, 1/4inch and some gyno, damn lol.....
