B-natural's Pro-Anabol/Jungle Warfare stack

Alrighty, I am currently in my pct which consists of AX PCT, MassFx, and Retain2 (started at day 15). Currently at day 16.

I will begin my log when I run out of the PCT and MassFx, however the retain2 will run into my pro-anabol/j.w. stack, so I will try and note the effects of all 3.

I am also using Bulk Items which are; Beta-Alanine 5g/day, Citrulline Malate 6g/day, Raspberry Ketones 300mg/day, Arginine Ethyl Ester 4g/day, Creatine Gluconate 2.5g/day, DiCreatine Malate 2.5g/day, Glutamine 10g/day, Sesathin 1/4 teaspoon 3x/day, Waxy Maize Starch 65-70g/day.

This will be a 4 week stack, followed by a log of Reset A.D. and Leviathan (thnx PAL, blackjack).

Current workout regimen is 4on, 1off which is split like this
Back/Traps
Chest/Bi's
Quads/Hams/Calves
Shoulders/Tri's

usually 4 exercises for larger body parts and 3 for smaller ones.

kcal's are around 3400-3600, I generally eat 6-8 times per day, dependent on when I wake up, with roughly a 40p/40c/20f macro split per meal.

Things that I will try to note are;
Vascularity (inc/dec.)
Leaning out effect (inc/dec.)
Hunger (inc/dec.)
Strength (inc/dec.)
Libido (inc/dec.)
Soreness/Recovery (inc/dec.)

My workouts are not always designed or pre-planned so making note of them will not exactly show any true increases, however on certain lifts which remain staples, I will try to make note of any increase or "shock" effect.

Although this won't start for another 10+ days, I was curious as to what you all thought about the addition of leviathan and reset a.d., rather than waiting to run those after this (p.a. and j.w.)

Science Geek Stuff

Everyone has heard of ecdysterone and ecdysteroids and knows that they do have “some” benefits, however, they are found, even at high doses, to be relatively mild. Notably, they have a pure pro-anabolic effect with no androgenic side effects, but again due to issues of absorption and bioavailability…as well as transcriptional factors (information given by a compound at the receptors) they have not panned out in the real world use of athletes and bodybuilders.

Actually it is the cholesterol side chain of ecdysteroids that inhibits the possibility for any degree of notable androgen receptor (AR) stimulation and obviously as well potentially higher potency and transcriptional activity. For a steroidal structure to properly engage the AR-receptor there must be a hydroxyl group at the 17 position of the compound. Let’s see if I can explain that a little better.

An AR-receptor is like a lock in that it takes the right key to actuate its mechanism. So if the wrong key or compound is inserted into the lock or receptor then it is not going to open the door you want it to. In the case of ecdysteroids, the area of the key that needs to be re-structured so it works in the receptor is at carbon-17 by way of adding a hydroxyl group.
