Held 2 25 pound plates together at my sides in each hand to failure 3 times.
I got some people tellin me 6-oxo, some tellin me atd, some tellin me 6-bromo...then some people tellin me to taper down, to taper up inversely...haha, just all over the place. Guess I got some readin to do.
