Day 56- DAY 1 of PCT
Took 25mg clomid and 1 cap aPCT about 10 min before breakfast. Dunno if it was that or the chili I ate late last night and for lunch today, but I have had definite GI issues all day, feels like I swallowed a boulder that's slowly moving thru me. Felt tired and unmotivated all day too. Second half of the clomid will be before bed tonight.

Lat Pulldowns(2 sets wide, 2 sets underhand narrow, 2 sets neutral)-

Seated Cable Rows (2 sets wide, 2 sets underhand narrow, 2 sets V-handle)- 145x8, 155x6, 155x8, 165x6, 145x8, 145x6
Gonna keep the weights heavy for the rest of the week, but I can feel my body starting to protest a little, so reps are goin up, and weight and total sets are goin down a bit next week.
