Well, I didn't get to the gym today, but I was able to keep down 6 whey shakes, 4 apples and a buttload of peanut butter, so I at least had my protein requirements covered. Also just downed a footlong sub, so it looks like all will be better tomorrow.

As for the 11-oxo bridge, I'm on the fence about how I feel about it. It worked great, I leaned out a little bit, dropped water, and got harder, but it was rather expensive. I wouldn't say the 11-oxo bridge is going to be a staple of future cycles, but it does work.

Finally started to feel better after I took a 4 hour nap, and I was finally able to eat solid food again. So I ate a good sized meal and went and hit chest. Wasn't as weak as I thought I was gonna be, and I was also only 229 this morning.

I'm at the end of this cycle and i started at around 245lbs...well i got to 265 at my heaviest last week...right now im a steady 258lbs...i gained some water weight but not bad considering this stuff is OTC...im debating doing the Trenadrol for 1 week solo and then running the 11-oxo bridge or just heading right into the bridge...any suggestions? instead of doing 6 caps a day for 3 weeks, ill be doing 12 caps a day...ive used 11-oxo before and i didnt feel much from 6 caps

another thing...this cycle killed my sex drive...but it came back about 3 days ago and ive been destroying my g/f since then lol...so maybe im not shut down as much as i thought i was???
