Introduction


Welcome,
Been looking forward to this cycle all summer. I did my first cycle ever last spring, ran h-drol for 4 weeks with great results, got a nice little recomp effect. I ended that pct at about 250 lbs, at about 24% bf, which was just too much. Over the summer, I cut down to 212, at about 12% bf, and I finally am starting to feel like a bb'er, rather than some big bulky kid. I'm planning on my first competition being the 2009 NPC Mike Francois Classic here in Columbus, OH in May 2009.

Objectives


I'm lookin to put on some serious mass with this cycle. I will be eating a shit ton, starting out at about 4,100 calories, and working my way up from there. My diet will be ultra clean, and very disciplined. I found out this summer I can basically eat the same 7 meals day in and day out and have it not get old, so I plan on doing the same thing in the fall. As far as bodyparts go, I'm looking to put width on my back, and add some size to my thighs, and also get my calves back to where they were before I had ankle surgery this past winter. That is where I will place my emphasis.

I figured up a starting meal plan, and will add in more calories as needed:

DAY 1


Schedule got a little off today, had to work a booth at our involvement fair.

Took 15mg PP 10min before breakfast at 7am, and another before my pre-workout meal at 3pm, took one trenadrol after breakfast.

Obviously nothing to report, got a good workout today despite the 102394810283 freshmen milling around like lost sheep.

I felt like I could have done more, and probably should have, but I was freakin tired from standin at that booth all day in the sun.

These first two weeks might be a little slow while I'm waiting for everything to kick in, unless non-methyls kick in faster, I've never used one so I don't know.

DAY 2


Great chest workout today, all the sheep were doin back, so all the benches were free and clear, unlike the lines for them yesterday.

Took 15mg PP 10min before breakfast at 8am, and another before my post-workout meal at 5pm, took one trenadrol after breakfast.

I don't know if its the fact that I am eating tons of carbs now, compared to the ~100g I was eating on my cut, or if its Anabolic Pump finally working, but I got probably the best pump and vascularity I've ever had today. So thats a plus.

Bumped up to 60 mg trenadrol today, and I'll stay there for the rest of the cycle. Took one after breakfast, and one after my post workout meal. Took one p-plex 10 min before breakfast, and one 10 min before my post workout meal (3:00pm).

Great workout, haha, I stumbled across campus to get home, probably looked like a moron tryin to walk.

I decided to add either AX's aPCT or SNS Inhibit E to my PCT to cover the AI slot, which do you guys think is better? My only case against Inhibit E is that it destroys my sex drive, but thats it.

Its called an 11-oxo bridge, supposedly normalizes cortisol levels and solidifies gains at the end of a cycle before PCT starts. That's the claim, I had one bottle laying around, so I thought I would buy another and give it a shot. Thanks for following along, we'll see how things go.

Yea, 13 weeks from start to end of PCT is a long time, but I feel that since most compounds dont kick in till 2 weeks or so into it, 4 weeks is just too short. I also made sure my supports are definately in line to keep sides down. Thanks for following along, should be a good 13 weeks.

You and me both on the results thing, I really feel like I'm to the point where I got my diet and training down to a T and can make this long cycle super effective.
