UPDATE:

I've been experimenting with 12 caps (1.5 grams) of RK-125 for the past few days and have concluded that the gains/effects are no different than 9 caps daily IMHO.

I've dropped back down to 3 caps 3x daily and continue to enjoy its effects.

Muscle cramping has also ceased since the exclusion of TTA-500, as expected.

Ah, my results video is too large to be supported by Photobucket. It's HD from my Lumix Camera so it gets big pretty fast.

Sorry to disappoint, but I AM extremely pleased with the results I've had from SNS considering this was a completely stim-free cut.

Thanks again for all the support and know that RK-125 is a VERY solid supplement for cutting/weight loss. I hope I've helped others along the way.

1g per day was the sweet spot for me.
