Damage's SNS Stim Free Cut Log
I'll be logging my 60 day stim free cut utilizing the following SNS products:
SNS Inhibit E (1 Cap Pre Bedtime)
SNS Beta Alanine (3 Caps AM and 3 Caps Pre Workout)
SNS TTA-500 (1 Cap 3x Daily)
SNS RK-125 (1 Cap 3x Daily)
As a stim free cut, I feel these products will be very effective as far as reducing bodyfat over the next 60 days and I want to thank SNS once again for giving me this opportunity.

My training will sustain my usual 4 Day Split of:
Sunday - 10 Min Cardio Warmup and Chest
Monday - 10 Min Cardio Warmup and Back/Traps
Tuesday - OFF (30 Min Ab Routine)
Wednesday - 10 Min Cardio Warmup and Legs/Triceps
Thursday - OFF (30 Min Ab Routine)
Friday - 10 Min Cardio Warmup and Shoulders/Biceps
Saturday - OFF (30 Min Ab Routine)
DIET
My diet will be the usual 3 low/1 high Carbohydrate cycle. This has been very effective for me and I have no reason to change what works.
A Sample Low Carb Day:
7:00 A.M. - 4 Egg Whites, Diced Tomato, 6 Slicers of Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, Tabasco Sauce, 2 Tsp of Organic Unsalted Almond Butter, Multi Vitamin/Fish Oil/
3 Caps SNS Beta Alanine/1 Cap SNS TTA-500/1 Cap RK-125, and 1.5 liters of water.
9:00 A.M. - Two Scoops of Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein with 5g Glutamine Peptide, 5 Raw Almonds, and 1.5 liters of water.
11:00 A.M. - Turkey Sandwich (Two Slices of Low Carb Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread, Boar's Head Turkey Breast, Low Sodium Dijon Mustard, Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, and Sliced Avocado) and 1.5 liters of water.
1:00 P.M. - Two Scoops of Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein with 5g Glutamine Peptide, 5 Raw Almonds, and 1.5 liters of water.
3:00 P.M. - One Can of Low Sodium Albacore Tuna with lime, half of an Unsalted Organic Brown Rice Cake, Fish Oil/
1 Cap SNS TTA-500/1 Cap RK-125, and 1.5 liters of water.
5:00 P.M. - 1 VHT Casein Protein Shake(Pre Workout)
6:00 P.M. - 2 Scoops of CL Purple Wrath,
3 Caps SNS Beta Alanine, 10g PeptoPro, 3g CEE, and 1.5 liters of water. (Intra Workout)
7:00 P.M. - 1 Scoop PS Karbolyn, 30g PeptoPro, 5g Glutamine Peptide, 3g CEE, and 1.5 liters of water. (Post Workout)
8:00 P.M. - Two Hormone and Nitrate Free Broiled Chicken Breasts, Steamed Broccolli, Tabasco Sauce, Multi Vitamin/Fish Oil/
1 Cap SNS TTA-500/1 Cap RK-125, and 1.5 liters of water.
9:30 P.M. - Two Scoops of Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein with 10g PeptoPro, 5g Glutamine Peptide,
1 Cap SNS Inhibit E, and 1.5 liters of water.
My High Days bring my carbohydrate intake from 75g to 225g.
I feel this will be a VERY effective stim free fatloss stack and will be posting my progress as changes arise.
I will begin logging Sunday 10/5/2008 and am anxious to see how this unfolds.
