no not at all, which was a big realief. I have an appt w/ the doc tormorrow as this is a reaccuring thing, but im hoping it can still handle the stresses of a killer bicep workout tomorrow

Weight 184.8 lbs ( up 3.8 lbs!) I can' believe how i'm adding this much mass already and the strenght gains are incredible.

Another great workout. I had a great pump, and intensity. My wrist was giving me some problems but I was able to add weight to every lift! I'm so pumped to finally be breaking through these platues, and all while keeping crazy intensity with all supersets.

Sides: Back pumps were back under control today with adequite taurine. Joints a getting a lil dry so i'm going to up my cissus a bit.

You may want to go up inthe Glucos. to 2g aday and 1.5-2 on the chondrit. NOW Celadrin also works very well ~~you may want to order some.. you still have a while on this cycle.

Also some ProJoint or Glucosacream will probably help out the most for elbows. knees, etc.

I will start by saying I generally hate doing legs (mostly b/c mine are just so weak) and I got very little sleep so I was dragging some, but asson as i got a pump going I was totaly focused and energised (yah just like the bunny . I was able to bump up all my weights without any problems. Although my hockey game tonight did suffer greatly, Lets just say when I'd go down for a save it took some time and alot of effort to get back up lol. I can't imagine that these strength gains could continue like this, but either way im very impressed w/ the tren!

Sides: none, oh and libido is def up! and thats w/o taking the paravol.

This stack is just incredible! The gains this weak alone have been eanough to call this a succesfull cycle, and yet im only 12 days in! I dont even know what to expect by the end of this run!

Sides: Joints are getting very dry and popping some. I ordered some gluco cream ( Thanks for the tip emdubya) , but other than that nothing negative.
