Wow 2nd day and I just came from hockey practice, I play goal and its always hot in the pads, but its only 50 degrees out and I can't believe how much I was sweating.... I'm 100% soaked, and all my equip is totaly saturated. This tren is crazy lol... time to go chug some H2O!!!

My diet is very clean, I have a very slow metabolism so I always have to eat clean or i gain fat real fast. I stick mainly to the staples, and make sure to take in 250 - 300gs of protien and Im cycling my carbs.
