My diet is very clean, I have a very slow metabolism so I always have to eat clean or i gain fat real fast. I stick mainly to the staples, and make sure to take in 250 - 300gs of protien and Im cycling my carbs.
As far as training, I will be posting my routine hopefully tomorrow ( I have midterms all week so its pretty hectic, yet it always seems a good excuse to quit studying and come on the boards lol) But to tide you over, for this cycle ill be lifting 5 days a week
Mon - chest-inner back
Tues - arms - shoulders
Wed - Legs
Thurs - chest - outer back
Fri- arms- shoulders
But i focus on different aspects of each body part on each day
I keep my reps in the 6 - 10 range and I superset between antagonist muscles every set.
