CT's routine is pretty tough. Assuming your feeling fresh though you should be good to go on this. I probably wouldnt go more then 6 weeks on it before taking a 3-4 day break.
I took off Thurs-Sunday and plan on using this routine for 4-5 weeks. I'm feeling good about it, I've done something like this before and I made it to where I'm not using any movements that hurts my elbow.

Alactic Training Cardio: None, sorry didn't have the time that day.
Dermatherm: 5 pumps
Overall: No burning or heating sensations on the body, smells decent (cinnamon), nothing really to report at the moment.
Tea-3 + X-Force:
Overall: Stacking these, gives good moods and focused energy so far. Have not experienced any crashes yet. Nothing really to rate yet.
