I'm feeling some better today. Sudafed PE has helped with the symptoms of what ever this is. I've cut the dose in 1/2 because I hate bombarding my body with all this stuff while on cycle. Been loading up on antioxidants as well, which I should have done before the cycle

Oh well.
Todays workout is as follows
Bench Press - 175 x 5 for 3 sets
Pec Deck - 150 x 5 for 3 sets
Behind neck pulldown - 145 x 5 for 3 sets
Seated Row - 260 x 5 for 2 sets
Barbell Shrug - 260 x 5 for 2 sets
Close Grip Bench - 175 x 5 for 2 sets
T Bar Press - 70 x 6 for 2 sets
Tomorrow is leg day.
