My first week ended well! I've got back in the swing of things and made a comback on body weight. I'm up 5lbs so far as of 11-2-08.

Here are the measurements.

Beginning Stats:
Height 6' 1"
Age 26
Bicep 16"
Forearm 13 3/4"
Wrist 7 3/4"
Shoulders 52"
Stomach 34 1/4" Bloating
Waist 34 1/4"
Upper Leg 25 5/8"

Significant notes so far:

1. Aggression is kicking in very well.
2. 13 ethyl is semi wet, as I'm very prone to prolactin problems, I was starting to see a little puffiness in the nipples. Formadex has been started 50mg morning, evening + 300mg B6 in divided dosages.
3. Sleep seems to be much improved with Powerfull.

Looking forward to seeing what I can do next week!

Haven't got to work out for a couple days, I've got some kind of sinus infection/cold thing going on. I'm not giving up though, I've put too much in this to end the cycle early. At best, I'm going to do something tomorrow. On a positive note, I've still had an incredible appetite despite being sick and I'm up another 2lbs from Sunday

I'm feeling some better today. Sudafed PE has helped with the symptoms of what ever this is. I've cut the dose in 1/2 because I hate bombarding my body with all this stuff while on cycle. Been loading up on antioxidants as well, which I should have done before the cycle Oh well.


Todays workout is as follows

Bench Press - 175 x 5 for 3 sets
Pec Deck - 150 x 5 for 3 sets
Behind neck pulldown - 145 x 5 for 3 sets
Seated Row - 260 x 5 for 2 sets
Barbell Shrug - 260 x 5 for 2 sets

I went ahead and started the CynergE so I thought it would be a good opportunity to give my thoughts on 13 ethyl.

First, I kinds wish I would have done a full 6 weeks of 13 ethyl and Testrafles together. These are a knock out non-methyl combo for the purpose of bulking.

Some of my experiences include,

Rapid Recovery - I have little to no soreness after my workouts despite all the time I was away from the gym
Quick Recovery of Lost Size - I was able to put on a quick 7lbs that I had previously lost.
Good Aggression and Strength - I never had to force myself to go to the gym. I had plenty of drive without the stims I once used. Strength came back rapidly.

Being a progestin, I got the puffy nipple effect. I got on 300mg B6 and Formadex morning and evening and this was rapidly resolved.

A big thumbs up for 13 Ethyl. I believe it to be among the top for non-methyl bulkers!

I'm really liking my first run of Epi. I'm getting better than usual pumps with this product and I notice arm pumps and delt pumps that last throughout the day while I'm working. I'm not sure what causes this but I like it. One negative, I have a hard time going to sleep
