Default CEL Hdrol

hey guys

im thinking about doing an Hdrol cycle and had this in mind...

2 weeks prior to HD: "cycle support" 1 scoop per day

weeks 1 thru 4 of HD: 50/50/50/50 combined with cycle support 2 scoops per day

PCT: weeks 1 thru 4 reversitol 3/day, 2/day, 2/day, 1/day
weeks 3 thru 6 "post cycle support" 2 caps morning, 2 caps night

is this sufficient? i liked the cycle support/pcs because they seemed to have pretty much everything i needed for pct all wrapped up into one supp

do i need a serm? i would def rather prefer to have all my pct supps otc vs. anything like nolva or clomid, although i would get them if i had to


any advice/ opinions/ comments would be appreciated

cycle looks nice man .. hdrol is a nice ph .. i think u have enough for pct .. u dont need a serm for a hdrol .. but its always good to have in hand ..and nolva works well after hdrol .. get it just in case .. most likely u wont need it .. but if u can get ure hands on it ..i advise u to get it

thanks guys. one more question regarding the Anabolic Innovations "Cycle Support"

some people on these forums have said that Red Yeast Rice is not good to have during this particular cycle and that i should get the "RYR free" version of cycle support

any thoughts? is there a benefit to one over the other?

I wouldn't spend too much on support sups for this cycle. Save your money and buy food. Eat lift eat sleep repeat. Keep it old school. 5000 cals of clean food and you will grow.

unfortunately i wont be able to post a log for a while, since i wont be starting the cycle till early to mid january, but i will keep you updated for sure

what do you guys think about the reversitol?

Dr. D seems to not like it from what i have read...Dino, what say you about the new Iforce product.


is it too strong for my cycle, or should i not worry about it?

im hoping it will be ok to use since its got all the pct stuff wrapped up in one product

im not too sure about the reversitol .. havent tried it yet .. for a single cycle of hdrol not stacked w/ anything .. i think post cycle support along with ATD(inhibitE) is good enough .. you can save the reversitol for later use .. or you can just use reveristol for this hdrol cycle and save your post cycle support .. really no need to do both of them for hdrol cycle.

the ingredient profile does look solid .. maybe try making a new thread to ask the people who have used this .. ATD + serm matrix .. it does look like a nice PCT item .

now im having doubts about the reverstiol lol, seems a little on the strong side for hdrol. i might just save it for a harder cycle if i do one

from what ive learned so far im thinking of revising my pct to look like this...

6oxo 300/300/300/300 (any thoughts on this? should i taper up/down, or is this setup fine?)
lean extreme run from day 1 of pct as directed on bottle
hypertest 4 caps at night

does this look better for my cycle? thanks for your advice so far guys, i appreciate it

thanks charlie, i am starting to think with hdrol at least the less supps the better. since i weigh somewhere in the high 160s maybe 170 i am thinking around 3000 good calories a day for a clean bulk. i want to avoid fat gain as much as possible, hopefully gain 5 lbs or more of muscle while losing a % or 2 of bf

does that seem accurate for my size?
