Arm and Delt pumps have been bad ever since I added the carbs. Just holding my phone to my ear causes a painful pump in the delt. They're like rocks 24/7.
Cut back on the carbs to just pre and post workout and seems to help. Keeping the calories up with gallons of olive oil.
Still adding plates every trip to the gym.

For the pumps, how much water are you drinking? Have you thought about adding taurine?
For the dead lift...Way to go..
I did a 295x5 last Monday for my
PR. I have never done deads or squats because of an injury from a military jump into some trees way back when (we still used round chutes back then). I am shooting for the 315 Fri of next week, still have to get past 305 tomorrow or Mon.
4 more days...keep it up, your weight and lifts are looking good. Hopefully you will keep on gaining the first part of your PCT to be able to break the 200# mark.
