Default Cycle #2 - EPI + Propadrol

You may remember my first cycle a recomp with CEL's Hdrol. I was very happy with the results and kept all the gains with Reversitrol. My H-Drol Adventure

Current stats:

Age 45
5'10"
181 lbs
~15%bf
Lifting 5 months

Looking to go to 195 on this cycle, recover and get ripped on the 3rd cycle for summer.

Here's the run I started November 1 @ 7am.

IBE Epistane
EST Propadrol

Week 1 - 20mg EPI
Week 2 - 30mg EPI
Week 3 - 40mg EPI
Week 4 - 50mg EPI
Week 5 - 50mg EPI

I'm subbed for this run.

We have similar stats before my P-Tren cycle. I am 47 yrs old, 5'10", and was 183 lbs. I am now at 196 lbs but I have a little more BF than you do.

I purchased both Epistane and Propadrol for my next cycle but I am thinking about going with phera instead of EPI, I'll save the EPI for a summer cut. My goal is to gain as much muscle as I can now and will worry about cutting later.

I eat alot of clean foods, but I do not shy away from meat fats at all. I followed the Anabolic Diet for 7 months and now I am running a modified version where I get low GI carbs in the morning and fruits with my PWO drink and meal. Only veggies on my non-WO days. No carbs after lunch. Saturday is my carb-up day but I still keep it to good carbs. I am not a candie addict at all so breads are my main "cheat" food.

I have a lot of notes that I took while researching the EPI/Prop cycle, but they are at home. The only thing I think was different is that I was going to do a 6-week cycle, wks 1-3 EPI, wk 4 EPI/Prop, wks 5-6 Prop. I'll check for sure when I get home.

This was one of the best stacks I've ever run
Epi 40/day
Prop 90/day
4 weeks Total!

I did experience some "sensitivity" so I dosed P5P, Tyrosine, Vitex.
All was well.

6-7 weeks it's close. I just chart it out so I use the whole bottle. I hate leftovers.

BTW I'm a post-workout cigarman myself

Hot tub and a smoke. Nothing better.

Not much to report yet. I worked wheels last night and loaded the sled with 16 plates for reps. I don't think the pussys are used to hearing anyone lift.

Tonight is back and arms at the brand new LA fitness in Boca.

Never tried this myself, but have always been told Prop is a better stacker than a solo product.

Also Epi <40mg/day never made me feel "ON".
Of course I weigh 230lbs.

I don't feel "on" yet. We'll have to see what the scale says.

I definately feel "on" now @ 40/90.

Pumped so good in gym that I thought my skin was going to rip.
