I fell in love with the RK-125 I can assure you that...It made my appetite disappear even more when coupled with the meltdown!!
In regards to the T2, I am really uncertain, I only dosed 1 cap throughout, and early on I experienced lethargy and seemed to be short of breath at rest. I did supplement with Kelp and Tyrosine. In the end I did shed some lbs but overal physique remained quite the same.
The diet throughout was clean 95% of the time but I would honestly probably not run T2 again. I was skeptical going into it so that may have had a bearing in my mind, but I felt uneasy about taking it.
I wouldnt say that it worked wonders but i got slight more definition in my arms, but not much in my ABS. I also lost some strength, but i was running in a caloric deficit and that is probably why. If you are comfortable with the concept of T2 then I would say with the other supplements i used it is very promising, but i was not comfortable going up in dose to 2-3 per day...
