The tri-set in the middle annihilated my body, the rest of my workout was downhill.. LOL
Strength: ******** (8) - I give this an eight because I am progressing already and very pleased.
Body Comp: ********* (9) - This gets a whopping nine today because my muscles are now rock hard at all times, my veins are bulging constantly, and I look much leaner at a weight of 206.6 today!
Sex Drive: ******* (7) - This finally made an appearance, my sex drive is great now, and I am VERY pleased to say the least. So finally everything made it above 7! Lol, I'm very much enjoying this product right now.
