OK, so i started my XT cycle yesterday and just like clock work i got screwed and hd to work late so i missed my first workout. oh well that just means tonight is Back and Biceps... i am trying a new workout plan, im gona do back n Bi's on mondays and thrus and chest and tri's on tues and fris and some shoulders on wen. probally will only run this plan for a couple of months. i will go heavy on the first two days and lighter on the second two workouts... we will see.
any how this is how ima run this for now....

week 3 and 4 will look at when i get closer i may bump up to 80 but i will have to see what sides and everything feel like...
