Well dude they were definatly coming back, but the past few days my libido has started to go back down again, and the same with "twins". I wonder if the HD2 is suppressing my estrogen levels too much? I jumped right in at 4 each of the Mass FX/HD2, and 3 of retain.. hmm

Day 6-8

I took a few days off do to working 24hrs tuesday and being tired as hell on wednesday, not being able to get a nap in. Todays thursday and im still getting stronger..

Chest Day

Barbell Flat Bench
135x15, 185x10, 225x8 (PR), 245x5(PR), 225x5

Incline Dumbbell Bench
120x15, 150x8, 180x10(PR)

Cable Flys
80x15, 120x10(PR), 120x6

Weighted Dips
BW + 45plate 8reps(PR), BW+25 10, BW+25 (8) **

** Each set was super-setted with pushups

Thoughts on workout

Well the pumps were ok, but my drive was really good today. I damn near threw up on my last set of incline dbs. Never in my life have I grabbed the 90s and busted out ten reps. Its amazing that my strength is goin up like it is after being off the H-Drol for over a week now.

Thoughts on cycle so far:

My libido seems to be goin back down :(. Its still game on when the time comes however.

Strength is still goin up like a mofo, smashin PRs today.

No headaches, no aggression for the past few days, havent noticed the alpha male mentality really.

seems like you have kept the strength gains and then some...PRs are the shit arent they? do you think the the massfx is the reason for the continued gains in strength? or the lasting effects of the hdrol?...(im a few days behind you in the PCT and was wondering what to expect)

I would say the Mass FX and HD2. I think the H-Drol has worn off, because even though my workout was intense, I dont necessarily have the endurance that I did when I was on the H-Drol. The pumps also werent as great today as they were in the past during my cycle.

Maybe the decrease libido is due to the working 24hrs during PCT.
I know if I don't get my zzzz's, mine takes a dive. Make sure you get your rest man!

I talked with Dr D regarding the MFX during PCT, and he suggested a strong ramp up then down. First week 2/day then 4/day until last week ending in 2/day. Taking with HD at 4/day. I'm gonna give that a shot.

Are you taking the Retain every day or off workout days?
FYI... I think Dr Houser, suggested holding off on cortisol suppression until after the first week of PCT.

I just started taking the Retain this week, x3/day spread out, one of them being right after my workout..

Update coming later on, i just got done playing 2 games of softball and running on calls all night (going to a slower station for the next two weeks!), and im tired as a mofo. Id also like to note I got out of my slump and jacked one out today!

Days 9-12

Workouts goin strong, strength still goin up. No real aggression to note, no sides such as acne. The pumps have been real intense so far. Weight is still goin up, bodyfat seems to have come back a lil bit. Ill give you some insight on a typical day of eating for me.

6am - 1 cup oats, 10 egg whites, sometimes whey also
9am - 1 can tuna, whole wheat pita, diced tomato
12pm - 8oz steak or chicken, 1 cup brown rice
3pm - Large apple, 2 tablespoons natty PB, 1/2cup lowfat cottage cheese
6pm - Large salad, cabbage, chicken, 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, black beans
10pm (or right before bed) - 10 egg whites

I drink the egg whites in the morning and before bed, straight up, sometimes i mix whey with it, sometimes i just tough it out. I bought a few gallons of the stuff from Egg Whites Intl. I highly recommend this shit.

Libido seems to be mediocre at best lately, even when I get a good nights sleep so who knows, maybe if I cut back the Mass/HD2 to 3 a day I would notice more positive benefits? Cant really complain with continous strength increases and the pumps i get (they are painful at times, but I love it).
