ok here is the first of many workouts....
now this is the first one on this cycle so there are no sides felt, and no anything felt for that matter just a normal workout
BACK
straight leg dead lifts*** 185x10/205x10/225x8/255x6 not great numbers but they were painful on my lower back.
iso-lateral rows(hammer strength machine)*** 180x10/270x10/340x8/360x5
bent over DB rows*** 75x10/85x10/95x7/95x7
pull ups*** bwx10/bwx7/assistedx7/assistedx7..... first time doing pull ups in a very long time.... im sure they will go up nicely as time progresses
ok well that is the first workout, im not expecting to see anything as far as weight and strength goes for the first 7-10 days.... so stay tuned for news
