115x4 just had to see if i could do it

Skull crushers super setted with close grip bench***65x10*65x15/85x10*85x15/85x9*85x9 man the burn was awesome... yeah haw!!!!
reverse grip push downs(straight bar)50x10/57.5x8*** changed to different bar(long W looking bar)*** 57.5x10/65x10/72.5x10
freaking awesome workout today.... there was a deffinate strength increase and oh im up to 200 lbs.... look out 210 here i come!!!!
